adjusting respect levels so every 10 levels = 1 more million in storage in the lockers, also reduced the level sizes a little to make it easier to initiallyget enough storage to be useful.

adding more random lockers in super markets

tweak AI on occupy missions to only have none locking RPG
Added new Oil Island Invasion mission - good for tools and fuel as well as normal guns/ammo

Adjusted start time to give less night
adjusted helis to stop people selling them in mid air
adjusted loot spawn
adjusted time for body retrieval from 15 to 30 minutes

i have more to come but need to run tests.

New changes have gone in:
1. removed AI rockets for now
2. tweaked unfreeze of AI
3. removed some broken items from traders
4. added oil island bridge 2d map markers
5. moved ai heli from mission out to sea to provide staggered reinforcements
6. tweaked a few things on town invasions
7. fixed a few bits of busted code
tested in Dev but report bugs please
