if you decide on one theme i might be able to change the gfx around a bit to make the default one more cic like. can't promiss when i'll do it, but i got a week off working coming soon so might be able to do then, just lemme know what u want doing, if anything

probably the best one to edit is pro silver and make the colours what we want as then the mods and stuff will work properly

If someone wants to create a template for CiC with a light background, and a dark background based on the PhpBB ProSilver style, then just send me or ned the files and we'll update the templates and add them to the UCP for selection
