About a year ago, they started to redevelop their website, ad compared to what it was like, it now looks quite smart and professional. When they started though, their first call of business was to shut down their football forum network, which linked up all the various thisis... based websites around he country, which hosts Evening Post based newspaper websites.
It was a good forum, at least th Nottingham Forest bit was, but in terms of a national thing, it wasn't doing anything for them, so they gave like a 2 week notice and shut the forum down.
Now they redeveloped their website, they turned their hand to a forum for the Nottingham section... it might have been copied over to other locations as well, but i only go on the Nottinghamshire bits. When you make a new thread, you are starting a "New Discussion" and it's not a forum presented like this one, it's one that is made to clone the news section of their website, so it looks like your posting news
think you may have guessed what happened by now... it not only LOOKS like your posting news on the front page... you literally ARE posting news on the front page, so long as you select the right category options.
Anyone who vaguely knows football will know that this time of year is when transfer rumours come out by the press and random people alike... nobody at all took advantage of this, not one bit
. It all came apparent when someone posted news that "Tevez has joined Nottingham Forest on Loan". With the article looking like a proper article, but stated he's here until the Brazilian transfer window opens and will be playing at Left Back... ok, if you don't know football, you may not know how stupid that sounds, but trust me, it's up there with the best of the stupid news articles of recent times.As i say, it looks like it's since been solved... however, another respectable news source has caught on to one of the news stories, believing it to be true...
