Could just be random chance - but I couldn't get it to work in IE (kept getting 404 when submitting)
First try in chrome and it worked

On a serious note, about 30mins after it was up, they kept getting errors and crashing etc. Bethesda twitter says to keep trying and hope for the best

I just listed the mmo games I beta tested, linked an old level design portfolio and mods I playtested with links. I got the "excellent rating" but it's probably for filling it up with junk
