I found this little gem of a film very good. It didn't have a big release over here in the uk I don't think.But it stars Chris Evans (captain america) Jamie Bell, John hurt and a host of other familiar faces. What surprised me about this film was the simplicity and good acting in it especially from Chris Evans who in most his movies plays the funny/geeky or pretty boy part. He was excellent in this movie in my opinion.
So the plot is basically the world has gone into another ice age and its not safe to go outside so some dude builds a train that's constantly on the move and travels around the whole world taking a year to do so. There is first class passengers at the front of the train who control it and are living in luxury and the rear of the train who have nothing and struggle to survive. Echoing a class system in real live. The plot is basically Chris Evans and the rest of the rear of the train fighting there way to the front to confront the owner Wilford ( Ed Harris ) who lives in the engine compartment.
Overall I thought it was done really well and pretty violent in places.
