The Witcher 3 : Wild Hunt

While I've had to take a bit of time off from being online due to my girlfriend's mum passing away early last week, in the little time I've been in the house I've downloaded and played a bit of the latest Witcher RPG to come out on PC.

There's plenty of serious reviews out there for anyone to look at so here's the zero punctuation one instead for light relief : http://www.escapistmagazine.com/videos/ ... unt-Review

My own thoughts on it so far are that it's an accomplished piece of work. I've been impressed by the story, the weather, the quests, the town banter, the overall detail and the over exaggerated English accents and language used. There are some downsides, namely some crash to desktops even when fully patched up for a lot of people, but it's early days and things should get better on that front. The keyboard and mouse controls for certain things aren't problem free and others such as most of the armour available being a bit naff and some people's faces being duplicated quite widely. Overall though it seems very well put together so far.

best way to describe the game in my opinion is a more realistic looking version of skyrim with less character customisation and more character storyline.

With skyrim i easily lost myself in the game so i'm kind of saving the witcher 3 for a time when i want a break for online and want to lose myself in an rpg

So yeah, i agree totally with what frankie says,

great game worth getting.... especially if you get it from a cd key seller since you can get it for like £23 instead of £50
