ah k, so i dont need the adapter. so fitting the card and supply should be easy yes?! :p

the bit of kit is a cable tidy, means u plug that into suply and from that into each device.
PSU is simple, 3 or 4 screws, unplug each cable - 1x24pin and maybe a 4 pin or 8 pin from mobo, then the drives. extract psu and put in new one, add screws, but cables into empty holes (where u removed em b4) and drives, bung in card, remember the card needs 1 or 2 6 pin leads in it.
To deactivate mobo gfx - when you switch it on it will say somewhere "press [keyX] to enter bios" sometimes F10 or delete go through to onboard peripherals and either turn off or reduce onboard shared memory depends on the bios. save and reboot

i remember when i built my first one.
I couldn't get the ram into the slot and thought i was doing it wrong and didn't want to break it.
Mum came home and just shoved them in lol.
Pretty much just expensive lego assuming you bought the right bits connect a to a and b to b and have a few glances at the mobos' quick set up guide/pic and you're grand.
