Becoming an Admin

Been really active lately and me and my group of friends love the server so we figured one of us should try and apply for admin even though we are pretty new compared to some of the other players. Due to the amount of players that have been active lately and the amount of admin requests I figured I could lend a hand. We play odd hours too which is about when most of the current admins log off for the night.
No real admin experience but would like to learn (we got our own server but I dont know how to mod it).
We all have voice comms so thats not a problem.
Most people on the server know us, specially rey and prada( we bother them so much with small stuff that we start to feel bad for even asking).
