i not fussed about subscription fee's tbh, if GW1/2 had a subscription with it i'd pay it... though i'd prob be pissed off about it, but end of the day it's just like renting a server for an FPS game, but everyone has to rent it.

i just think Blizzard/Battle.net could be doing more to help their customers, like case sensitive passwords is so basic, also forcing people to have numbers and letters in their passwords. It might not solve the problem, but it'll make it that little bit harder for hackers and the like.
