Epoch server updates

Now the server is live, I'll be putting in this thread any significant changes or fixes as we do them;

- Mission AI has been revamped. Now more missions, AI drive vehicles.
Loot boxes should no longer disappear from missions, PvP zones or AI Strongholds.
AI Heli patrol has been removed. You'll now sometimes find a heli patrolling over a mission zone.
Mission map markers should now show when you log in.
Chainsaws and 2 stroke oil added to traders.
Debug box in top right will be removed very soon.
Script error when logging in will be fixed at next restart. (00:00)
- AI System has now been transferred completely over to Sarge AI. (DZAI was causing massive errors in server logs)
Debug Monitor can now be toggled using F10 key.
AI at NWAF and Devils Castle have been completely reworked; They now make better use of cover such as sandbag nests etc, and will hide in buildings.
Dynamic missions will be unable to spawn within 300m of a plot pole.
- IN PROGRESS - Added a secondary PVP Warning to Kabanino as a test. Should display a hint and a sound. Works great 1st time you enter, but will not show again til you relog.
Added a lot of weapons introduced in 1.0.3, and vehicles to the traders - prices are currently at their default, so please note down any that need changed!
