the construction of my base

Guys, I have a problem with the construction of my bases. When I want to install some element, writes to me " you Cannot build, too many objects in the region of 30 meters." But I thought that nothing't limit my construction?" Can you help me with advice?

I'll have this fixed today, the limit is being raised to 300.
