I am unsure on who you host with at the moment but we would like to offer to beat you current server cost which may help give your clan a boost by releasing some money to spend elsewhere.

All of our dedicated machines boast the latest dell hardware including dual quad cores and 100mbit connections on some of the most popular interchanges. (A perfect example is if you are with Virgin Media you will receive a ping of around 8ms or so!)

Most of our server slots start at around 60p but like I said, we will be willing to beat your current provider to bring you over to us, we are sure you will be happy here!

Our support is almost 24/7, we are gamers ourselves so we are around at unsociable times. Even when we aren't around we are all connected to the site support system via our phones, this will ensure we can respond to your problems straight away.

Ukgames.com only charges us £48.15 for 18 man tf2 for 6 months which works at 44p slot, aprox 1/2 of your price and free unbranding.
we currently have 2 of those +
8 man l4d2 server for £30 for 6 months unbranded.

looking through all cic bills to check dates of renewal on everything as we have a fair few bits:
2xtf2 + l4d2 from ukgames + all unbranded + free fast download url redirect
cic1 match - £48.15 for 6months from 14/02/2010
cic2 match - £48.15 for 6months from 02/03/2010
l4d2 prolly wont renew but 6months was from nov 2009
1x 30 man vent from thegamemonsters.com (renewed feb 21st 2010 for 6 months) £23.10 for 6 months
1x24 mumble from verygames €17.28 EUR for each 12 months from 25/9/2009

Ah I see, so you are tied up in contracts until around July/August?

i'm sure if you wanted to give us a free server to play about with so we could check it out in the meantime, we could always take a look at how the server performs under normal gaming conditions

Although this request sounds almost too good to pass up I'm afraid we have already completed our stress testing phase for our current server load out.

Understandable, we do offer matching teams a free match server for one match to test the hit registry. I am sure we could sort something out nearer to the time when you are ready to consolidate.
