Voted for the whole server should be PVP + server wipe.
We need something new on the server to lively it up back.PvPing should be much fun since most of CiC A2 went and do PvPing elsewhere.

Since the server will be changed from farming bcs to war I would suggest a server wipe . Would be unfair for someone to have all kind of vehicles or 100bcs in their safe and go buy war machines anytime

will add extra option and people can recast vote

Great , I hope the people would like the ideea of a wipe , better base locations , more spawned cars and helis and better fps probably

Like I said in the monetization thread, Chernarus and PvE have had their day. A new map is required and with that there's no wipe obviously as everyone would start afresh as a noob anyway.

As long as any rebuild gets a similar level of development that the A3 one has had recently then some of the previous regulars may come back and try it I'd hope, as apart from being something new they'll also realise that everyone's in the same boat, ie a noob again. What I doubt too many of them would stomach however (including me) would be loosing all their hard work, their base(s), their vehicles and money, just to find out that it's going to be on the same map with a few changes to the rules to fit PvP.

if you have it with safe areas you should also probably have it with set spawn locations so that you can make that area a safe zone also.... nothing worse than spawn camping when ur new to a server
