I always remember in MP, you could edit a file that fooked up build speed. Wasted the game

there was a thing for RA2 where it speeded things up and give yourself shit loads of stuff, ruined the gameplay though. Yes everything included
A great buy for £6.99 imo!! £23 off the price so not bad at all...

Yeah the good old rules.ini.
Played a guy once who was going on about how great he was.
ended up building a wall around his last barracks and had a prism tower guarding it.
After wards he said if we used his "rules" he would of won... probabally because a normal troopers cost $1 and fired like a nuke!
