well i be a forest fan, we won that competition twice in a row so we don't need to prove ourselves anymore, thats why we allowed ourselves to get relegated to league one, and stayed there for 3 seasons... we merely wanted to prove how good we are and how easy we find english football and can go straight back to the top, we've even got a 50,000 seater stadium in the works to prove it.

you don't know how good a team you are until you've experienced league one's greatness of lockdown football. the likes of man utd, chelsea, arsenal and especially liverpool (;)) wouldn't stand a chance in league one =]
