bios password!

Just got my new pc. Fitted everything. Went to go into bios and it has a password. cant get intouch with the seller as his shop is shut. Any ideas what it could be? Already tried "password" cheers x

always try "admin" as well
surely these threads should be in the help section anyway

Scrap all that i spoke to the dealer before... be told me he isnt giving me the password until my warrenty has run out lol!

Who built your PC?
They can't refuse to not give you a password to your bios.
Secondly what motherboard is it? If you upgrade/flash your bios, I'm willing to bet it'll override that setting.
