plenty of other games that will need teams and such are coming out soon, so don't feel CiC is only a TF2 thing. There's CSGO and GW2. Will be aiming to start a GW2 team as well as the whole guild shabang and i know ned wants to make a CSGO team... or just hang out and play other games if you don't have time to committ to a team

max isnt around as much now with his missus due the baby in June, Siege is always around, Balloon is but works 3pm-12am shifts but does come on when he can. Will give you details in a mo

the heatsink might have come loose. one of my old computers did that once and i could only play like 20mins before the computer would overheat and lock up, you'd just need some of the gel/glue stuff to set it back in place if thats the case.
