looking for new solar squad

i am looking for a whole squad, first time we have looked for tf2 squad as a while rather than being approached.
What you get:
1. CiC squad name
2. use of one of the CiC servers
3. use of forums

6. a community behind you

what we expect
1. no abuse or racism, preferably friendly and showing CiC in a good light
2. a friendly squad wanting to play and be part of something
3. activity and participation for the long term

1. big heads and egos
2. insulated squad
3. idiots
4. short term people
