I don't want to give anything away so just going to give you a tiny taste...
From the start this film is very non-politically correct! A short narrative on a scene of kids playing "The time of year when the neighbourhood kids all get together and beat shit out of that one Jewish kid".

A talking bear that is extremely wrong but so funny I almost spat my drink over the people sat in front of me!

When Ted goes for a job interview, brilliant! The thunder song is fantastic!

Can't say too much else without spoiling the film, but you definitely want to see this film!! Unless of course you have zero sense of humour, in which case go watch paint dry or grass grow or something equally pants 8)

Overall, this film deserves a loltastic

Can only give it a 4.5
:4.5:
:(

Saw it last night, it's a really good film, but it's not as good as the hype for it is trying to make out. Really enjoyed it and everything and i'll likely buy it when it's released on blu-ray, but some bits in it just seemed to lack atmosphere. Like there is a fight scene which had no background music. Music would have added an extra dimension to it and made it seem more fast paced as the camera work was trying to make out... the scene itself was good and really funny, but it just lacked that little something else.

There's also a few scenes around the start where it seems like it's just waiting for a laughter track to be played in the background, like the camera is just waiting to long showing one character after the say something funny.

The story is also very predictable, but the jokes and set pieces make up for that. It's predictable like it's supposed to be a kids movie but the only things stopping it from being a kids movie is the bad language, the drug use references and the 70's/80's references... since kids wouldn't understand that, not that retro stuff puts the ratings up or anything.

Sounds like i'm calling it a bad film or something but nah, i'm just a little let down by it because i was expecting something better than just jokes.
