GMOD 10 help?

well i think its #10, got it in the TF2 and GMOD pakage, but GMOD wont load!

i get a screen with G man having a cone shoved on his head by another person, but then it just stays on it.
when i check it oout on task manager, it says that it isnt responding.......

anyone help?

how do you mean?

GMOD may need HL2, HL2 EP1 & EP2, I dont remember
