Adjusted VEMF - town/base invasion
base invasions should happen a little faster if they are going to happen
Town invasions now have chance of mines and low level rocket launchers
Town invasion loot now parachutes in at the end and may contain DLC items

Added PvP zone on island with marker which should also disable the PvP protection for players once on the island.
Watch out for random mines and rockets in static missions, mines stay until clean up (20 minutes) so you cant just wait for them to go away or the crates will also be gone. Mines are vehicle only so you can walk up and carry out the crate.
1st Bandit mission with possible mines installed, mines do clean up when mission is won so you can drive in after you succeed, this is just to prevent people driving onto a mission and using the gun from the vehicle to kill everyone so look out for the mine signs (they aren't very big)

updated RHS to latest versions and tried to fix all the issues from the server moving IP however restarts and messages are currently not working and the host is looking into problems for us, i will update resolutions as i get them but for now the server is working and joinable as normal

BEC is now fixed so restarts working and now removed chat spam messages on the next restart.
