well this hasn't happened again in firefox, so ty greg and ty everyone else for suggestions. I also get this problem in Windows Picture Viewer but i can't see where the options are for it to try the same thing

it's nothing important that i use though so no big deal if no one knows the solution. i only use it to open up purchase orders that come compressed as .tif files and i need to print them out. they print out fine regardless of what you can see, so it's like, meh, not essential but nice to fix.

Any images included into a post will be cropped by PhpBB. The best option is to attach larger images to posts, or to make them into a link so people can click them to see the full image

As for the new Tab issue, it is a known and already complained about thing by the looks of it.
There is an "Experimental" addon to fix this.. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-us/firefo ... ar-button/

i don't get why only 1 icon allowed for each thing. should be able to have as many as you like. i know some people would love to fill the top of their screen with "Reload" or whatever... some people are stupid enough to do that
