If you just omitted you stole and won't do it again it would be more realistic.

You also need to realise, you are giving the guys you hang around with a bad name and if they let you do stupid things like steal or pvp in non-pvp area you are all responsible and will all get banned.

Furthermore, for you to come back - the guy who you stole from will need to be happy for you to come back.
