FAO Rob and current bugs since update

All GUID's and PUID's have changed so any people wanting to rejoin their current ID with an old Character then please check out the thread bout character loss (tested on myself and did Ollaf), all CiC need to send me their new ID's from their profile to re-add to clan and admin ( i have done me and Rob)

1. no god mode in trader zones
2. old message about display names back up
3. some tents and other object disappearing on restart
4. Kicks for some things we stopped kicking for from BES
5. No BEC messages about restarts - logged with GSP with hope for fix
6. Stats dont display in game tracker - reported to GSP
7. no MYSQL backups - reported to GSP but taken a snapshot myself
8. no logs - reported to GSP
9. No DART - reported as part of BEC as i think they are connected

fixed the PVP notifications, not sure if i fixed god mode at traders yet as it is late and i forgot.
we probably need vehicle limits increasing again as new buildings seem to disappear, if you could take a look at that Rob.

just to confirm god mode at traders is working. Z's aren't attacking at least and weapons are disabled
