IE8 and Sun Java

i know not many will confess to using ie8 or any ie for that matter, but as a web dev i use them + opera and firefox.
Anyway new sun java client is the reason my ie8 has taken 20 seconds to open or even just open an extra tab.
disable it in plugins if you have it installed, then it can be launched only if needed.

took me a while to work it out
