Re: Mario kart on the Wii
i dont have a wireless hub, i have cable modem, ethernet direct to my pc, so i have no wireless access point for the wii.
ive never had a need for wireless before, so never bought a hub.
also while on the subject, how many wireless things can connect via 1 wireless dongle, at the same time, is it like usb, where you can have multiples???
Cheers.

Re: Mario kart on the Wii
you can have multiples but the more you have the more the bandwidth is spread around.
A wireless hub would probably do 8 PC without much trouble whereas a dongle version i would only trust to 2-4 computers at best and im not 100% sure about gaming quality.
The best for games is still wired not wireless.

Re: Mario kart on the Wii
i dont want it for a mass network or anything, all im looking for is a dongle to allow my wii to go online and play games like marioKart, and the missus laptop that has wifi to be able to surf for her college work, that all i have have that is wifi anyway, so for that a dongle should be fine.
