Bot update

Added an advert mod into the bots to show info as i dont think people are reminded enough to use everything the clan provides.
if you need access then ask.

gotta say, it's very annoying. in the mantle channel is spams the channel with a line every 20mins, and it cycles the same thing over and over. having it in the main public channel is good but don't really need it in the private channels, as it's just annoying as i have to keep openning up irc to see what is triggering my activity thing just to see it's the same messages over and over

changed to 60 minutes
in squad channels its just there to collect some of the people who forget the forums exist.
its still playing up in a couple of channels so obviously mantle is lucky

not that many people use irc these days as they once did, cos of steam friends etc. people who i have recruited don't use irc sadly, but still even if they did use irc, they would use the main channel and priv channel, so would see both adverts. still, though i not used irc today, i've not seen it being spammed in the other priv tf2 channels
