Here's hoping Ryan Giggs does the sensible thing and turns down the chance to be manager of Wales.
Currently, Giggs is a hero to the fans of Manchester United and those of Wales. He has iconic status - and his reputation will only be soiled by an association with failure that will be his fate if the demise of Wales continues.
He would have just a handful of genuine class players to work with - Craig Bellamy, Gareth Bale, Joe Ledley and, when he regains fitness, Aaron Ramsey.
Ryan don't do it - you can only lose.

i believe it was the mirror's website, i can't be sure.
it's stupid really though, cos their plenty of decent players in the welsh side, and their team could easily be compared to a mid level prem team. they just need a decent manager. Maybe not Giggs though as he has no track record, though he'd give them a good confidence boost
