Genreally if its a program you are downloading there will be a .nfo file open this file with notepad and read what it tells you this is how you crack programs its relativly easy

. it's usually only popular UK based TV, and some Ozzie stuff, but most of it american stuff, which is kinda kewl, because they put stuff like pilots for series on there, so you can see whats coming and what isn't, or whats going to get changed, eg: Life on Mars US remake was on there, and it's getting like a 99% makeover for another pilot, so no one will ever see that pilot unless you download it (it was a closed screen pilot)... also if you ever watched the bionic woman before it got canceled, their pilot featured many different things from the current, as the main characters sister was deaf in it.
