Java IRC Client

I finished getting a java IRC Client working, it is linked from the TF2 website but if there are visitors to the forums then they can just click on this link:

http://cic-clan.co.uk/irc/

This requires Java but i havnt scripted any checks or auto installs or anything so be warned!

for members its useful just after the format and you've forgotten all your CiC settings....

For recruits it gets them to us quickly and painlesly
