I logged on tonight (1st time in over a week as i've been too busy to play)

Sucks to see your stuff getting destroyed again. I dont know but there is a UH1Y right next to my base, and I always thought it was yours...

how the hell it got up there i have no idea.
I've never landed that heli at your base (the previous huey yeah but not the uh1y)
weird
dont really care about the vod as it was just a storage container (and not a very big one at that)

After the mystery is solved I go and crash it into a bloody tree whilst trying to be a smart arse and fly low level at night 
can anybody make keys? if not i've got 2 very nice 4 wheeled ornaments at my base.
I always seem to kill myself just before server restart, I had half an hour to get from kamenka to vyshnoye (didn't even have time to look for a map.)so had to navigate with the moon, stars and a map on my mobile phone) which is always fun
got to my base at nadezhdino with 6 mins to spare.... grabbed a map from safe and sprinted for vishy as i couldn't get in the ornament (was sure i had a copy of the key in the safe.... however that's another story of my failing brain 
)
needless to say i never made it to my body but it was an epic journey none the less.
i dunno if i'm just weird but i always have fun with dayz just after I've died (nothin gets the adrenalin going like a mad rush back to your body with a deadline) ,I'm thinking maybe i'll stop using a map and vehicles, burn down my base and go full on bear grylls
