Cant seem to get on the Epoch server

Its definitely a client side thing so i just rummaged around Google for other people fixing it hence my posts

When you say client side, does that mean my computer? I've uninstalled Arma II and reinstalled but to no avail

it isn't a problem with the server but the profile on your computer which is described in one of the earlier posts which i think you need to delete them as reinstalling doesn't delete the profile folders for things so it just reloads the old faults when you load it again

If I delete my profile Ned, does that delete my character off the server? What do I need to do to delete my profile? Sorry for the questions I'm a bit new at this

server profiles are safe but you synchronise a local copy the location is in one of the previous posts fix

Can anyone get on at the moment? the server is completely empty and I'm still having problems.

if you guys are still using dayz commander unistall it
go to dayzlauncher.com and use that to launch the game

Managed to sort mine by deleting player profile and then logging in. But have the gun and running sounds changed? As mine sound different

it may have cached the sounds as there is a temp folder inside AOP and maybe you have flushed it out now.
We do need to keep the thread as a fix for this in future.
