:O typo in the title
it's come out recently that this will be a new trilogy and not all centre around the park aspect of things. They pretty much setup the next film in Jurassic World, so you should know what to expect from it. Apparently this was supposed to happen in the original films, but because Jurassic Park 3 bombed at the box office, they didn't want to take risks.... now much later on they are just like "what made us money in the past, lets do that"
This film really did surprise me tbh, I thought it would be good, just not this good... or do this well.
Although it had a good ending i felt pretty let down by it... it's your typical end of a monster movie fight, where everything can't quite finish it off until something seemingly random happens and finishes it off.... i mean seriously how is that big fish thing only just working out that it can do that.... surely it could have eaten many humans before that point.
I also didn't like how convenient the monsters abilities are..... "oh we just gave it genes from a spider so now it can shoot webs"... every few seconds it gets new abilities. the owner of the island has no idea whats going on as well.... he so poorly manages the island that he refuses to hire helicopter pilots.... seems kinda important for an isolated island..... soooo many plot holes
Anyway a good film despite that
