Server problem?

Hi again guys, just tried to log in after the 6pm restart and im just getting a black screen with the bottom status bar, the game seems to be running in the background, missions etc popping up and messages but just got this black screen.... is there maintenance or anything going on?

shouldn't be any issues as far as i know, but if you join too early in the server coming back up Arma does have a tendency to hang the client after a couple of minutes
