Moving a territory flag
Can you move or delete a territory flag I set mine down without realising that another base is close enough to stop me building in one direction?
What are my options solutions?

Its not a rush or a biggy as trying to get some respect so I can at least buy bullets for the gun I have
Can someone guide me on how to kill AI heli's as when I do get one it usually lands safely and is closely followed by another in its place.
