Lifting fixes

After looking at the Mi17 lifting issues I realised there were loads missing from the new script so i have compared what helis could be in game and added the missing ones to the script, this does not mean they are in game at the moment or will be in the future but it was easier to blanket fix the helis.
These are fixed to lift
